Support and Development Manager

I am taking over a project, and need a person who has a wide variety of skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related course
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, and work independently toward deadlines
- Knowledge in PHP/JavaScript is a BIG plus

Duties:
- Monitor unassigned ticket queue and follow up on assigned tickets
- Document issues and troubleshooting steps concisely in the ticketing system
- Follow up on open issues with escalation groups to provide updates
