Telemarketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling and setting appointments for our sales team. You will be working remotely and reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads
-Qualify leads by asking questions and understanding their needs
-Set appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified prospects
-Keep detailed records of all calls made and appointments set
-Meet or exceed monthly appointment goals

Requirements:
-Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing or sales
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to work independently and remotely
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
-Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay Plan:
-Base salary of $600 per month
-$99 commission for every appointment that purchases our service
