Veeam Backup Administrator and Systems Administrator IT Support at MSP

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills in management of Veeam infrastructure and advanced troubleshooting. Specifically, we are looking for an individual to assist with management and build-out of the internal and customer-facing Veeam infrastructure.

• Technical certification from Veeam, such as a Veeam Certified Engineer or Veeam Certified Architect
• Strong experience in a technical role (preferably software, SaaS, or Enterprise IT).
• Experience working in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical support, or sales engineering.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Experience with firewall management (FortiGate certifications are a big plus)
• Previous experience with Kaseya a plus
• System Design - upgrade and maintenance of managed networks and servers.
• Analysis - Perform analysis of networks and make recommendations for upgrades
• Coordinate - Work with project team to implement network software and hardware upgrades
• Diagnosis - Timely diagnoses of escalated client support cases
• Strong organizational skills, and ability to create cohesive documentation
• Must possess excellent written and verbal English skills
