As a Marketing Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities are developing and implementing data collection and processing systems to improve the quality and efficiency of our data processing and management systems.

— Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field
— Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and then provide recommendations
— Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, straightforward terms

— Effective communication skills and creative English writing skills with attention to
— Ability to create comprehensible but detailed reports
— Knowledge and willingness to learn the usage of

— Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required

— Has a reliable working PC, a stable internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset

— Ability to maintain brand consistency and accuracy in any task

Duties and Responsibilities:
— Tracking marketing campaign metrics and recommending websites and tools for
— Conducting competitive research and analyzing benchmarking data
— Researching and implementing marketing tools to support our promotional projects.
— Collect data from various sources and manage databases
— Define performance metrics (KPIs) to assess the success of corporate initiatives
— Analysing data and Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
— Establish processes, procedures, and systems to make working with data more efficient
— Presenting data-generated information to clients and managers
— Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
— Creating presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
— Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
— Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports
— Training end-users on new reports and dashboards
— Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, mining, and cleansing

We have employed several virtual assistants for more than ten years, and the primary virtual assistant has been with us for over ten years. Currently, our company has more than 60 full-time virtual assistants.
We are seeking for someone who is self-reliant, resourceful, able to resolve issues, and capable of remaining adaptable and open to new ideas. We require someone who can finish jobs on time with minimal supervision.
You must be open and comfortable working a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7, and you must be open to rotational shift work.
