Link Building - Outreach Specialist - Join A Growing California Company

Job Overview:
Searchbug, a California US-based company, is seeking a home-based Link Building - Outreach Specialist Full-time or Part-Time.

You will work directly for our Digital Marketing Manager and with our Social Media Team (all located in the Philippines) and interact with the company Director of Operations and CEO. You'll be the 7th OFS joining our team in the Philippines. We have been in the eCommerce business for over 20 years, with an office in Southern California.

This position is for someone passionate about outreach and backlinking and who understands link-building strategies that help with SEO. Strategies include Guest Post Outreach, Link Insertion, Resource Page Links, Broken Link Building, Dead Link Rebuilding (especially on a Wiki), and Outdated Outreach. We want to talk to you if you know the sniper method or how shotgun skyscraper works!

Your daily responsibilities would include the following:

The Basics:
* Collaborating with the DOO and social media team to understand weekly topics in advance.
* Keeping up with technologies and trends for link-building and outreach

Outreach Influencing:
* Obtain backlinks, guest posts, guest how-to videos, or other content on blogs, websites, news, education, government, and other high DA and PA websites.
* Increase website traffic to Upgrade to see actual info via backlinks
* Increase brand awareness with outreach and link building
* Help generate leads and/or grow the company through effective content distribution and link-building strategies.
* Influencer Outreach
* Work with other bloggers, publishers, or advertisers to get paid articles placed on the Upgrade to see actual info blog

You will be highly considered if you have the following:
* Excellent knowledge of SEMRush, Upgrade to see actual info, and other trade outreach and link-building tools.
* At least 2 Years experience in link building

You must also learn how to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them or a fast learner.
* Web research using search engines like Google, Duckduckgo, Bing, etc
* Zoho cloud applications
* Gmail and other email applications
* Project management software Trello
* Screen capture software (web clipper, Nimbus)

What you'll use the applications for:
* Get graphic designs from our team folder in Canva
* Upgrade to see actual info - for scheduling and coordinating with the team
* SEMRush - Keyword research and social calendar
* diib - analytics, similar to SEMRush but better for link building
* Zoho Cliq - company messaging and internal chat

This is a full-time, 40-hour-a-week position.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 PM PST (1:00 am - 9:00 am PHT).
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation, and 3 sick paid leave days after the 6-month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day - you may request up to 6 holidays to take off with at least a 1-month advance notice.

The starting salary is $750 USD (approx 40,000 PHP) monthly. If you really impress us, we are willing to evaluate your performance and compensation after 90 days and at 6 months if an increase is warranted. We will pay you bi-weekly by sending USD via Upgrade to see actual info, which they convert to PHP at the exchange rate during payroll on the 2nd and the 16th of every month. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, performance, and attendance.

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get the following:
* 13th month
* Up to Six (6) Filipino observed holidays
