A work-from-HOME position.
- Must have at least 2+ years of experience in sales. Preferred real estate experience.
- Must have a basic knowledge in Real Estate Wholesaling.
- Must submit resume, video introduction of telling about yourself personally and previous job experience.
- Base Pay ($7/Hourly) plus commission and health benefits.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources.
- Respond, manage and follow-up leads in CRM.
- Schedule appointments for Property visits & Buyer tour.
- Conduct lead call back & manage follow-up.
- Make offers to property sellers.
- Learn how to comp out properties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Able to communicate in C1 and C2 English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Customer Service Experience is strongly preferred
- Real Estate Sales Experience (Acquisition) is preferred.
- Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, time and management skills
- Know common CRMs realtors (Podio, BrightMLS, Propstream, Multi-line Dialers) is preferred.
- Be able to build rapport with seller leads based on 4 pillars of a deal. (Property condition, Motivation, Price and Timeline)
- 2 Years Minimum Experience in Real Estate Acquisitions.
- Must have a basic knowledge in Real Estate Wholesaling.
- Knowledgeable in running COMPS from MLS or any other database.
- Must think creatively and be results driven
- Must be willing to work 40 Hours/weekly. (Saturdays If Needed)
