JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a ROCKSTAR in the social media space who would be able to manage a variety of social media channels for a female run real estate company and to create/edit a steady stream of content to post across:

1) Facebook (Groups and Pages)
2) Instagram
3) TikTok
4) NextDoor
5) LinkedIn
6) Google My Business
7) Yelp Page
8) Website
9) [Preferably YouTube as well depending on video editing skills]

Initial retention would be on a part time basis and will later expand to full time, if desired by both parties.

Job responsibilities would include, but may not be limited to:

- Creating a content schedule for each channel (using Asana or Trello)
- Creating approved design text posts on Canva
- Editing videos to be posted on TikTok
- Writing creative captions and descriptions for each video and text posts
- Scheduling and publishing posts
- Replying to comments and following up with private messages to interested parties
- Directing engaging people to website and calendar links
- Researching highly ranked SEO tags, hashtags and descriptions to optimize posts
- Ability to post during Central Standard Time (Texas, USA)
