Real Estate Lead Generator and Cold Caller

We're looking for two more VAs who have at least 6 months of experience generating motivated real estate seller leads of single-family houses, and cold calling to pre-qualify them as "motivated" seller leads. You would also refer the motivated seller leads to our acquisitions team to follow up and close the deal.

This company buys fixer-upper single-family houses.

Job requirements:
1. MUST HAVE real estate CRM software or other ways to generate real estate seller leads.
2. MUST HAVE skip tracing tools.
3. MUST HAVE a dialer.
