We’re a small, niche, well regarded, global energy firm - working primary with clients in manufacturing, logistics, shipping and transportation industries - looking for an assistant to provide support to a senior executive (e.g. CEO, Managing Director, etc.) with a focus on sales, marketing and business development.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Conduct marketing, sales and business development tasks on behalf of a senior executive (CEO, Managing Director, etc.) and provide a daily summary report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
2. Make sure sales, marketing and business development tasks are up to date. Make sure appointment reminders are sent. Confirm appointments with contacts.
3. Update list of contacts in Hubspot and organize them according to the right categories.
4. Organize incoming calls and
5. Schedule, book and confirm events, meetings, travel and accommodations for the team.

Basic skills:
In addition to having excellent English communication skills, you’ll need to use the applications listed below (don’t worry if you do not have all of these programs – some of them can be expensive - we will provide you with all applications we use in the company).
You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them or their alternatives.
1. Web research using search engines like Google, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Notes)
3. Customer relationship management and
4. Project management software (ClickUp, Notion)
Desired skills and experience:
We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have skills and/or experience in B2B (business to business) business development, marketing or sales, this will be helpful.
Work schedule and holidays:
1. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible - as we are global firm - but generally need to be consistent so your colleagues will know when you are working and generally available to collaborate with them.
2. You’ll qualify for 5 days vacation after the 6-month probationary period and 15 days per year after you have worked with us for 12 months.
3. We honor all regular, public holidays in the Philippines + 1 "floating holiday" of your choice.
4. Occasional international travel (2-4 times per year and 3-5 days per trip) will likely be required to meet with your colleagues in other countries e.g. US, UK and Portugal.
Salary: USD $750/month for full-time work (40 hours a week)
