Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist project managers to provide comprehensive recruitment services to customers;
2. Implement the search plan, initially evaluate and screen talents;
3. Under the training and guidance of the project manager, conduct talent search, evaluation and recommendation mainly through telephone communication;
4. Coordinate interviews between client companies and candidates, and follow up on interview progress and feedback;

Job requirements:;
1. More than 2 years of recruitment experience, working experience in RPO recruitment or headhunting (RPO experience is preferred);
2. Outstanding communication and expression skills and quick learning ability, clear and agile thinking, and strong adaptability;
3. Diligent, enthusiastic, serious and responsible, paying attention to details and efficiency;
4. Interested in understanding or long-term development in the field of human resources;
5. Have good teamwork spirit and ability to withstand pressure.
What we offer:
- Competitive Package - Php 30,000 - 35,000
- Offers a one time relocation package
