CALLING ALL ISA - Real Estate experienced applicants

Job role: Real Estate Inside Call Agent
Work Duration: 4 Hours to start to transition to 6-8 hours
Rate: $4 to $5 per hour with Bonus
Weekly Pay
Start Date ASAP

Tasks:

* Prospects for new clients
* Cultivates client relationships
* Sets client appointments with buyers/sellers
* Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts
* Manages all leads within the contact management database
* Calls are made each day to reach potential clients
* Calling on Expireds/FSBOs, Buyers, Sphere of Influence, Past Clients / Database, Just Listed / Just Sold, Open Houses
* Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
* Admin work


Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year REAL ESTATE calling experienced
* Min 2 Years Of Call Center experienced
* Effective written and verbal communication
* With hard core selling or cold calling experienced
* With lead generation skills
* Can do multi-tasking and very flexible
* Hard working person, sales and goal-oriented
* Most importantly with excellent english communication skills
* (US accent)
* ready to WFH with complete equipment: PC/LAPTOP min i3 and 4gb ram, internet speed of 10mbps and up, and noise cancellation headset
