We are looking for an EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER to join our team!

- Able to work from 10 am - 6 pm PST, Wednesday to Sunday
- Minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.??

Job Description:
- Outbound cold calling to expired, FSBOS, FRBOs, estates, and foreclosures
- Choosing dispositions for the prospects/contacts according to the cold call platform.
- Handling objections properly.
- Hourly rate $4-$5 USD per hour, depending on experience.
- Big bonuses for closed deals.

Experience:
- 1 year experience with real estate cold calling preferred
- Calltools and REISift preferred
