ROLE

**Ecommerce Customer Support Representative**

Time: Full-Time (8 Hours/Day - 5 Days/Week)
Hours: 9am-5pm (Manila time)
Salary: $400USD/Month

This position is responsible for providing support to the customers from our ecommerce/dropshipping stores. Your tasks will range from replying to customers in email, helping them track and giving updates on their orders, replying to comments on our facebook posts and deleting any negative comments on our facebook posts. The skills required for this job are: customer service and emotion management skills, knowledge of Gmail, knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, knowledge of Shopify and how to locate orders + track them with a tracking number or tracking link and a positive can-do attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assisting customers on email (providing updates on orders, tracking)
- Tracking any requests to reship orders that arrived broken, and collecting photo evidence of the damage
- Replying to customer questions on our Facebook ads/posts
- Deleting/Hiding any negative comments on our Facebook ads/posts
- Be online at set hours and attend any team or individual meetings
- Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the company

REQUIREMENTS

- Good skills with Google (know how to find answers to your questions using the internet)
- Experience with: Shopify, Gmail, Google Sheets/Excel
- Motivated, energetic with a can-do attitude
- Good English speaker
