**Ecommerce Customer Support Representative**
Time: Full-Time (8 Hours/Day - 5 Days/Week)
Hours: 9am-5pm (Manila time)
Salary: $400USD/Month
This position is responsible for providing support to the customers from our ecommerce/dropshipping stores. Your tasks will range from replying to customers in
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting customers on
- Tracking any requests to reship orders that arrived broken, and collecting photo evidence of the damage
- Replying to customer questions on our
- Deleting/Hiding any negative comments on our
- Be online at set hours and attend any team or individual meetings
- Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the company
REQUIREMENTS
- Good skills with Google (know how to find answers to your questions using the internet)
- Experience with: Shopify, Gmail, Google Sheets/Excel
- Motivated, energetic with a can-do attitude
- Good English speaker
