Facebook and Instagram ad trainer/freelancer

I'm new to OnlineJobs. I'm not looking for an employee. I'm looking for someone to train me on how to run Facebook and Instagram ads. Sort of like a coach or an online training. But, if this is not possible, I need someone who can freelance setup my ad accounts and run ads for me every so often. I'm new to business so I don't have much to pay someone for ads fulltime, but I'm very good at the business I'm in so as my client's base grows, I will hire you full time later in the future, but right now I need someone to teach me all about ads. This would have to be done over live Zoom calls as you explain to me and show me what to do.

If you respond to this post, please include:

1) Whether you would be training me or freelancing and doing the job for me?
2) Exactly how much will this be. (My price is low right now until my ads bring in more customers for me.)
3) If possible, a recording of some ads you have done.
4) Your full contact information: Skype, email address, What's App, Messenger, etc.
5) Can you run ads for a credit repair company?

WARNING!! I am in the credit repair industry. This is a "restricted" industry, so you would have to know how to run ads around this without having my ads banned or placed under any type of restrictions. I WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANYONE who does not mention in their reply that they can run ads for a credit repair company!!

I'm getting my list of quality workers together now because once my funnel is finished being built, I'm going to be ready to run ads. But, currently, I'm not ready to yet, but I REALLY NEED SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO RUN ADS FOR A CREDIT REPAIR COMPANY!!
