We are looking for a Customer Service/Admin ROCKSTAR who loves helping people on a tech platform that is built for members who deal in real estate!
This is a full-time, secure, long-term role. We have a website and two phone apps.
- File management and downloading/uploading documents
- Recording video demonstrations in clear, articulate English to showcase the website's features and functions.
- Onboard paid users and mentors/coaches via Zoom video call (show them how to navigate around the site and how they can best utilize the features in the platform to fit their business)
- Live chat support/Emails
- Coordinate with the tech team if any problems arise
- Calendar management (Acuity Scheduling)
- Booking travel arrangements
- Appointment Setting
- Moderate content on the website (remove content, warn members, etc)
- LinkedIn Management (we currently use a software called Sales Robot to reply to messages, automate interactions, and send connection requests)
- Researching potential joint ventures (could be a list of industry associations in AU, a list of Podcast shows, etc)
- Other admin tasks as required
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:
- Love solving problems
- Love learning
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Have a strong customer service experience
- Are tech savvy (our website is a WordPress membership site and has many tools and member levels to it)
- A good communicator in the English language. You will need to be able to jump on calls with people and speak clearly in English. You will also need to write clear communications to members and our tech team if any problems arise.
