JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a project manager whose focus is implementing strategic tasks that align new programs with an organization’s business strategy and goals. You’ll be reporting directly to the CEO on new initiatives and revenue streams within the organisation.

- Demonstrate value realization of the project by providing tangible results, monitoring risks to delivery and resolving issues.
- Take ownership of the project, during it forward and meeting regularly with the project owner.
- Ensure projects within the program are prioritized, staffed and resourced to ensure delivery of expected results and benefits.
- Manage portfolio and executive-level expectations and communications.
- Working on business analysis, strategy and prioritization with the leadership team.
- Other duties as necessary to meet project needs.

What you need
- A heart felt, emotional connection to customer happiness
- Extreme self motivation and problem solving skills
- A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
- Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
- More than 1 year working in eCommerce or technology industries
- High level of English especially for reading
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong computer skills to problem solve via the internet and communicate
- Previous experience with Amazon, Lazada, or similar, is advantageous
