Real Estate VA / Cold Caller | $4/hr + COMPETITIVE Commissions

We are Real Estate Investors looking for a ROCKSTAR VA that has experience cold calling homeowner to see if they are interested in renting out their homes to us (yes you read that correctly, we're not asking for them to sell to us. Keep reading for more information). This position has opportunity for promotion and higher pay.

You may be used to asking homeowners if they are interested in selling, but this is typically a much easier pitch as it benefits both the homeowner and us. This is much easier than asking the homeowner to sell to us as these homeowners have listed their properties for rent.

We ask the owner if they are open to subleasing their property for us to run our short term rental business. This is a completely legal and mutually beneficial opportunity.

We provide training on how to find homeowners as well as the scripts. We are hiring for one position, in which you will be calling to see if the home owner is interested in renting their property to us and setting appointments.

This is a full time position from Monday - Sunday. You will need to be on call and available within a couple of minutes to respond to inquiries from guests, cleaners, and us the owners. Total work hours is typically less than 30 hours a week.

-English skills MUST be EXCEPTIONAL - there should be no grammatical errors in your writing that make it sound like a non-native English speaker wrote it
- Experience in Airbnb or short term rentals
-Not afraid of rude customers from time to time
-Coachable and willing to constantly learn
-Confident on the phone
-Enjoys talking to people
-Efficient organizer
-Natural leader
