JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a great customer success/support professional for our Software as a Service (SAAS) apps who can help our customers with live chats, emails, calls.

Here are our apps Upgrade to see actual info/partners/goldj

Bonus points if very familiar with Shopify, have worked for a SAAS company in Customer Success, and excellent communication skills. Please share your Shopify experience (and relevant SAAS experience).

Responsibilities
- Respond via email or livechat to customer and understand their question
- Add tickets to Jira
- Provide great support and get reviews
- phone calls when needed
- ability to understand complex requests from customers, remain calm, and deliver solutions.
