If you have experience in Digital Advertising, we need you! As a Full-Time Digital Advertising Specialist, you will drive online growth and increase brand awareness through paid, organic, and social media advertising campaigns. You should have a passion for driving relevant prospects and potential customers to e-commerce sites with the goal of growing revenue for the e-commerce sites the team supports.

Responsibilities:

- Create and implement effective desktop and mobile campaigns across a number of paid media platforms, including Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Bings Ads Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, and other platforms.

- Identify opportunities to test and optimize campaigns in order to improve performance, including audience targeting, keyword research and selection, ad group structuring, ad copywriting, and landing page testing.

- Execute new ideas to launch new customer prospecting campaigns

- Manage campaign budgets to optimize ROI

- Work with Digital Marketing and Product Development Teams to launch online campaigns to support major programs. This role should be able to copy/mirror many of the strategies already being implemented on our main website(s)

- Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and communicate back to the team on performance

- Assist in determining the effectiveness of paid efforts and identify strategy with necessary tactics and resources

- Gather competitive intelligence, including research on competitor keywords, ad copy, and landing pages

Experience and Skills:

- 1-2 years of experience with Google AdWords, analytics, Facebook Ads, Bing, and/or other paid digital advertising products.

- Demonstrated track record of running paid search accounts, paid social accounts, and re-targeting efforts

- Strong understanding of business metrics, digital KPIs, and how to turn data into action

- Strong organizational skills: phenomenal attention to detail, operates with urgency and discipline

- Team-first mentality and contributes positively to culture and environment

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work independently as well as cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment

- Prefer a person with a degree in math, computer science, or digital marketing

- Looking for an entrepreneur-minded person who is passionate about building a business

Rate: $6.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM CST (10PM-7AM Philippine time)

What you need:

- Just like any job, you need to have the right tools to perform well. That being said, we need you to meet the following requirements to ensure success in this role:

- 1 main computer with at least core i5 processor

- A backup computer with at least core i3 processor

- Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit

- At least 5 mbps backup internet service

- An internet hub/cafe nearby that operates during your working hours
