JOB OVERVIEW

A Customer Experience Specialist provides potential and existing customers with exceptional services. They identify customer needs, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer service and brand awareness.

Job Descriptions:
Replying to customers, both satisfied and unsatisfied with excellent communication.
Finding local solutions to customer complaints
Follow-through with customer to ensure overall satisfaction
Learning and knowing all the aspects and details about the products, to properly find solutions to customer issues.
Being able to align the tone and language so that he can maintain or change the mood of the conversation to a positive one.
Managing multiple email accounts simultaneously for customers contacts
Being time sensitive when replying to customer reviews, messages and emails.
Reading all product manuals to fully understand how each product works so they can help customers operate products and manage any issues related to that.
Going above and beyond to make sure we exceed customer's expectations regarding customer service.
