Part-Time Virtual Assistant Wanted for Fashion Brand in Israel

We are a leading fashion brand based in Israel, looking for a talented and experienced part-time virtual assistant to support our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, experience with Shopify is a must, and the ability to edit and upload products, work with Facebook ads, and conduct product research.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on Shopify, including descriptions, images, and pricing
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order fulfillment
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns
Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform business decisions
Assist with social media management and content creation
Conduct product research to identify new and trending items to add to the store
Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales
Work with Dsers to find new and innovative marketing strategies
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
Proven experience with Shopify, including product uploads and order fulfillment
Knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Familiarity with Google Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Dsers, and/or other productivity tools
Experience with product research and market analysis
Must have a reliable computer and internet connection
