In the first 2 weeks:
- Successfully completes LinkedIn and ATS training
- Learns, understands and is able to articulate the complete company messaging and service Upgrade to see actual info the first 30 days, successfully completes training in the areas of sourcing, screening resume, calendaring, reporting, writing weekly sourcing summaries and submitting market intel.
- Within the 1st month, knows all employees’ roles & functions & establishes a good rapport.
- Assists with the sourcing efforts for 5+ recruiting projects at one time to assist recruiters.
- Conducts daily input of contacts, candidates and LinkedIn connections into ATS.
- Spearheads and executes various research projects, tools and new ideas with the team to find the best solution to any company needs and recruiting challenges.
- Supports the consulting team with projects that may include but are not limited to; researching hiring trends for clients, market intelligence on compensation trends, customer/candidate perceptions, and business development support and Upgrade to see actual infocation, Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position must be able to stay organized and effectively manage their time. We are looking for an individual who has a natural skill set of professional presentation and the ability to relate to all types of individuals within minutes of a conversation and build credibility with individuals of all career levels.
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- 2+ years work experience in HR, Recruiting, Administration, or Customer Service, required
- Typing speed of minimum 50wpm with 100 accuracy, required
- Highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, required
- Must have wifi speed of 50 mbps or more, required
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week (8 hrs shift, working consecutive hours) anytime between 6am - 10pm Pacific Standard Time, required
- Computer skills working with various office equipment, computers and various programs including MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Google, LinkedIn, managing calendars, and familiar with ATS/CRM systems, required
- Self-driven and experience managing time efficiently and effectively, required
- Work from home/remote 100%, required
