MUST HAVE CALL CENTER MANAGER EXPERIENCE USING VICI DIAL*

We are looking for an award winning sales agent. The skills needed are phone calling, selling, emailing, strong English proficiency and an English accent. The secret word is "Championship DNA". This job will managing a call center remotely of remote agents throughout the Philippines. Applicants should have experience in managing a call center already and understand all elements from managing people to the technlogy involved.

The main responsibilities of this job will be as follows:

Manage a growing team on it's way to 50 employees

Monitor our dialing system

Handle payroll of reps

Manage our CRM

If you can excel in this role we have plenty of opportunity for promotions which will give you additional responsibilities and a larger salary! This is a role for the long run and not a short term opportunity. We are looking for someone that wants a full time job at a great company that will take care of them for years to come.
