At Upgrade to see actual info we simplify the home selling process by offering homeowners in the US a fast, friendly, and hassle-free way to sell their home.

We are looking for driven and dynamic people to join our lead generation Upgrade to see actual info this role you will call homeowners in the US to establish if they are interested in selling their home, capturing key information such as asking price, condition, and dates.

Your day-to day responsibilities will include:
- High-volume outbound calling to homeowners to source current and future residential sale opportunities
- Developing rapport and overcoming objections over the phone
- Accurately inputting all information gathered from calls into our database

We are looking for people with good experience and a great attitude to join our team:
- Must have excellent spoken English
- Experience of high-volume outbound telephone customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills including effective questioning and rapport building
- Strong attention to detail including experience of accurately gathering and inputting data
- Demonstrated success working as a member of a team
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based metrics
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Experience of CallTools

In return we offer a competitive compensation package:
- Hourly rate of $3.50
- Bonus based on leads closed
- Shifts between 10am and 7pm (EST), Monday to Saturday
- Excellent upward progression opportunities
- You must have a computer and good home internet
