We’re growing faster than we ever imagined and we have an immediate need for Strategic Vendor Account Reps to join our Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with our valued Vendor Partners. You will support the Director of Vendor Operations by performing duties that improve and sustain our order fulfillment rate, as well as our Vendor CSAT and CES scores. You will advocate for Supply Chimp and negotiate with Assigned Key Vendors in support of a mutually beneficial relationship. Your work in this role will have a significant and direct impact on the overall success of our business.

Key Skills & Experience:

• B2B account management experience
• Articulate both verbally and in written communication
• Comfortable and confident when it comes to overcoming objections
• Enjoy and are experienced in relationship building
• Experience generating pivot tables and data visualization reports
• Experience creating spreadsheet models, dashboards, and applying formulas
• Experience in outbound calling
• Highly organized, detailed, and process-oriented


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Vendor & Product Data (Assigned Key Accounts):
• Gather Necessary Data for Vendor Onboarding
• Maintain Vendor Cost Data & Ensure Accuracy & Timeliness
• MaintainVendor Content Data & Ensure Accuracy & Timeliness
• Maintain Vendor Stock Data & Ensure Accuracy & Timeliness
• Maintain Vendor CRM Data & Ensure Accuracy & Timeliness
• Maintain Vendor Sales Tax Certs & Payment Methods
• Maintain Vendor Magento Record Management eg Ship Cost Rules
• Maintain and manage vendor email inbox Upgrade to see actual info 'VOM Inbox' Desk View)

Order Fulfillment:
• Monitor & Maintain Target Fulfillment Metrics
• Monitor & Maintain Target Order Processing Time Metrics
• Monitor & Maintain Target Time to Ship Metrics
• Monitor & Maintain Expected Vendor Stock Positions & Communication

Vendor Performance:
• Utilize Vendor Operational Reporting Tools for Monitoring
• Perform Vendor Training as Necessary
• Escalations for Credits, Returns, Freight Claims, NCRs, PO Discrepancy


Requirements:
• We are a U.S.-based company, so you must be able to work Pacific Standard business hours (6 am - 4 pm Pacific Standard Time)
• You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of 8Mbps and a modern computer that meets the below specs:
- Multicore Processor ex: Intel i3, i5, i7, or higher; AMD Ryzen, Athlon, FX or higher
- 8GB of Memory or higher
- Minimum 128GB Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Storage
- 64-bit Windows 10 or Mac 10.14 (Mojave or Latest)
- Ability to support a dual monitor setup

Compensation & Perks:

• $400 every two weeks depending on experience
• Flexible Paid Time Off
• 8 US Paid Holidays
• $10 USD/month internet stipend (we require you to have 8 - 10 mbps home internet)
• 13th Month Pay (eligible after 90 days)
• This is a contracted position and we do not offer Health insurance
