Job Title: Telemarketer (Appointment Setter)


Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telemarketer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying their interest in our services, and booking appointments for our sales team. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and an Australian-sounding accent. You will be required to sit an interview and show us your skills. Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
Qualify leads and determine their interest in our services
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales team
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets (KPI's)
Keep accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in our CRM
Provide weekly progress reports to the sales and marketing teams
Requirements:

Proven experience as a telemarketer or appointment setter
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A neutral, Australian-sounding accent
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Compensation:

Base rate plus bonus for appointments that close
