E-Commerce Operations/Project Manager

We're looking for a E-Commerce Operations/Project Manager to join our small team to build + lead our 'New Business Department' where we research, validate, source, analyze, prepare, list & launch brand new products (with tiktok ads). Your objective will be to scale & optimize these 'New Business' operations.


Responsibilities

1. Learn the full process of how we launch new products including: Research, Validation, Sourcing, Analysis/Communication, Product Page Development + Listing & Launching on TikTok Ad Platform
(You will be provided all information & training for how to execute all of these tasks - you do *not* need to know how to do all of the above tasks)

2. Train/Lead new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (or existing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers) on our process
(for example: you have identified that we need an additional product researcher & can work with our operations manager to find new people here on onlinejobs to work within the team)

3. Identify new opportunities that can lead to changes in our teams, processes, etc.
(for example: finding better methods for validating the products which we will launch)

4. Optimize existing processes/workflows & create new systems to hit our goals/targets
(for example: identify that we can cut out an entire portion of our work process, as in we do not need to develop reviews for our product pages to get similar success rates in product launches)

5. Develop reports for executives
(for example: develop a status update to share to operations manager about ongoing batch of tests OR look at the benchmarks individually for all the processes we currently have)


Qualifications

(REQUIRED) Experience working in an ecommerce or dropshipping environment and with platforms like Shopify/WooCommerce
(REQUIRED) Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals, objectives and priorities
(REQUIRED) Ability to define problems, analyze data, and present valuable solutions independently.
(Highly Preferred) Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets or Google spreadsheets.
(Highly Preferred) Experience with hiring/onboarding/training or leading small team
