Client Services Assistant (including cold calls to financial planner)

I am searching for a person with strong command of the English to act as the client services assistant for my Houston, Texas Estate Planning law practice. This will initially include "cold calls" to financial planners to hopefully set meetings between the financial planner and me. A positive disposition is a must...often to just get past the "gatekeeper". I intend to provide Boneses for meetings that are actually done as I hope to build synergy with the planner. Additional duties with be added as the relationship builds and as I am making more money, I will be pleased to increase the initial salary.
