Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Pay:
Commission: $500.00 USD per sale converted lead
Base pay: $3.00/hr, then $4.00/hr post probation period - Weekly pay
(On average it takes 45 qualified leads for 1 conversion)

WinDoor Properties is hiring a Virtual Cold Calling Agent with a strong customer service background, proven sales record, superb phone skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.

This is a unique opportunity to work from home! Must be a go-getter.

The right candidate will be expected to be on the phones 7-8 hours per day

CORE EXPERIENCE
• Real Estate Cold Calling: 1 year (Required)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Phone Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

CORE REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must work during US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Basic MS Excel skills required.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Coach-able and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.
• Well organised with the ability to multitask and set priorities.
• Strong analytical skills paired with an understanding of, and commitment to, data integrity and confidentiality.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Conduct daily lead generation activities
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Manage all systems for lead generation tracking and lead follow-up.
• All other duties specified in initial onboarding

Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday
9:00AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
