Solar Company Call Center Cold Caller

Responsibilities: As a Solar Company Cold Caller, you will be responsible for outbound calling to prospective clients, introducing our solar panel services and products, assessing needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. You will also be required to follow up with leads, document customer interactions and provide updates on progress.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills. Experience in cold calling and/or telemarketing is an asset. You must possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships with prospective customers, and the drive to exceed goals.
