Motivated and Hungry Experienced B2B Cold Call Sales Professional Proficient in Englush

We are looking to hire an experienced sales professional to add to our sales Agency Team. You must be proficient in English and you must have experience calling B2B American Businesses. We will supply you with unlimited leads, Zoho CRM, and Justcall Calling/Texting Software. If you have experience with Zoho and Justcall, that’s a huge plus.
We have multiple products to sell. We will pay you hourly, and also generous commissions on top. We may add more products to sell from time to time, but to give you an idea on what you will start out with, see below.

Website Development Sales ~ Our agency is rated as one of the top with Wix Agency program. We have been a partner of theirs for 4 years with high ratings. They give us leads on a daily basis, and we have accumulated over 4,000 leads. These are warm leads that reach out to Wix for help with website development. If w can’t get in touch with them within 7 days, it goes to our “lapsed” leads.

We currently email these leads and we are not really calling them proactively. There are definite opportunities to sell website development and other marketing services that we offer to these potential clients. If you are able to assist or even close a deal, your commissions can range from $100 - $500 per sale. We sell our website development from $1,000 USD to over $10,000.

Tax Refund Meetings – For this product, you don’t have to sell anything. You will call cold and warm leads, and find out who is in charge of filing the tax returns and financials for the Company. If their company was open prior to 2020, and they had at least 2 employees at the time, they might be entitled to a tax refund. Your job is just to get them to book a 15-minute call with our team. If they book the call, and attend the meeting, then we will pay you $50 per meeting, even if they don’t move forward with our services.

For calling, we will set up JustCall sales dialer for you, where the software will auto dial all the leads for you and you just have to speak to the lead when they pick up. After your call, you will input all pertinent information into our Zoho CRM. We will train you on the process.

You should expect to work 9am – 5pm EST or 10 – 6pm EST Monday – Friday, or something like that. You could work even later covering a 12 PM – 8 PM EST shift for West Coast US leads. This is a performance based job as we will monitor how many calls you are making, and how many meetings you get booked and sales you close. You have unlimited earning potential as well.
