YouTube and Podcast Editor

We are looking for a full time teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to manage our YouTube and Podcast.
We are starting a new YouTube Channel and Podcast and you will be responsible for the following
Job Summary:
The YouTube and Podcast Editor will be responsible for editing and post-production of various YouTube and podcast content. This role requires someone with strong technical skills in audio and video editing, as well as creative storytelling abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of audio and video equipment and software and be able to bring a unique and engaging perspective to the content they edit.
Responsibilities:
Edit and produce high-quality YouTube and podcast content, including recording, mixing, and mastering audio and video.
Collaborate with content creators and producers to ensure their creative vision is accurately represented in the final product.
Ensure all edited content meets technical and quality standards, including appropriate sound levels, transitions, and visual Upgrade to see actual infoe software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and Final Cut Pro to edit audio and video.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in audio and video editing.
Manage and organize project files and Upgrade to see actual infoet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
Contribute ideas for new content and ways to improve existing content.

- Booking guests
- Managing Guests
- Editing the videos and submitting to prop platforms
- Monthly increasing reach and views of the podcast and YouTube
- Write all copy for podcasts and youtubes
- Promote podcast and youtube on social
- Must also use softwares to get our CEO on different platforms
Requirements:
Proven experience as a YouTube and podcast editor, with a strong portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills.
Excellent audio and video editing skills, including experience with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and Final Cut Pro.
Creative storytelling abilities and an eye for visual composition.
Strong technical knowledge of audio and video equipment, including microphones, cameras, and lighting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Passion for podcasting and YouTube content.
Must have experience with launching a YouTube and Podcast.
