Senior Supply Chain Manager

About: We are a small, U.S. based e-commerce business looking to hire a full time Senior Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience at an e-commerce business
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Work hours that overlap 9a-5p EST (New York hours) for at least 4 hours per day.
Stable and fast home internet connection.

Responsibilities:

Place purchase orders and manage shipments with suppliers
Oversee quality control process during manufacturing process
Book and manage international and domestic freight shipments
Manage customs specifications
Communicate directly with our 3PL partners
Create and update inventory forecasts
Create and manage an inventory tracking system
Track and manage invoices

Compensation:
Salary, paid bi-weekly.
13th month bonus.
20 paid time off days in 2023
