retargeting digital ads

Looking to add an employee to build and run retargeting and ad campaigns. You must be familiar with ad management, tracking and reporting. We are looking to retarget based on lists we have already and need help getting this setup and showing results. Someone with experience doing this and can lead this to deliver the results we are looking for.

Looking for 10-20 hours a week during our work hours USA - between the hours of 9am and 6pm.

Familiar with using slack, asana and ad management tools.
