Customer service associate

We are looking to hire someone to run our customer support. Preferably with a customer representative or BPO experience.

Gender: Female
Main tasks: Inbound, outbound, Email, and SMS
Other tasks: Admin

We will start with 6 hours a day for the first month as a trial Upgrade to see actual info case you do a good job and both of us are happy, the next month we will extend it up to 8 hours a day - Which will make it full-time.

We are looking for something long-term, and hopefully, hire you full-time once we see good results.
