Sevenshopper Inc. is a fast-growing eCommerce company located in Wilmington, Delaware, US and we would love for you to join our team! We are recruiting for a full-time, experienced Amazon e-Commerce Inventory Auditor position. Shift is Monday-Friday 4PM to 1AM PH time.

Job responsibilities include:
•Compare inventory discrepancies in our Inventory system and Amazon account on daily basis, investigate into the issue in what caused the discrepancies and contact different departments to solve the issue as soon as possible.
•Compare inventory discrepancies in our Inventory system and 3PL warehouse on daily basis, investigate into the issue which caused the discrepancies.
•By reaching out to the right person of different departments or partnered 3PL warehouse, can find the reason for the discrepancies as soon as possible.
•Follow up with the right person to get the problem resolved as soon as possible, using Google Chat, phone calls and emails.
•Can use excel and google sheet effectively to sort data for inventory comparison.
•If the discrepancy can’t be resolved and needs to do an inventory write off, can demonstrate the reason clearly to the financial controller based on his/her record.

Requirements:
•Fluent English in speaking and writing, can communicate with U.S. team on daily basis through the phone, chat software and emails.
•Excellent interpersonal skills. Being direct and open, can communicate with different colleagues, get the information they need on time, then set up strategy from there.
•Highly analytical, detail and results oriented.
•Great problem identifier and Upgrade to see actual infon come up with different strategies for complicated situations.
•Has at least 2 to 3 years’ experience of Inventory Management, Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.
•Proficient with Google sheets or excel
•Self-disciplined for remote working and working from home.
•Accounting background preferred but not required.
•Can understand various Amazon’s report and manage to utilized it for Inventory Audit Purposes.
•At least has 1-year Amazon FBA Experience
•Has an experience working on how to read fulfillment reports in Amazon Seller Central

Employee Compensation
• Full-time, request 40 working hours per week; able to work on night shift (4PM – 1AM PH Time)
• PTO + Sick leave
