Minecraft Builder - Game Designer

I am looking for an experienced creative Minecraft Builder who can come on board and help us build out unique maps for our Minecraft Tournaments. You should have experience building complex maps that challenge Gamers. You should be artistic in nature and bring a creative flair to the role.

Your daily tasks will include:
- Building maps for a better game experience
- Provide updates to the Project Coordinator or Minecraft Engineer regarding the status, and must communicate especially with possible roadblocks to provide immediate tailored solutions
- Proactive to provide ideas for the betterment of the project

To be successful you will:

- Have at least 2 years of experience building Minecraft maps
- Any agency-style experience will be highly beneficial
- Be ready to self-manage your own work
- Happy to work in an agile business in the early stages of start-up. Yes there will be pivoting as we work things out
- Preferably have previous exposure to a start-up and understand the challenges it can bring
- Has initiative and willingness to adapt to changes

You will be working closely with me so you will need to be available to work during Sydney business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm AEST). Meetings will generally be scheduled during this time and this will normally be when the team works. The hours you work are flexible but you should be available during this time.

The role will start at a salary of 30,000PHP per month. Payments are split twice a month on the 15th and 28th of each month and are payable direct to your bank. Be sure you are comfortable with these terms.
