Digital Marketer - Paid Ads

I am looking for a paid ads specialist who has experience managing multiple Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be required to set up and manage our paid advertising campaigns across multiple businesses. You will also work closely with our digital marketing team to create campaigns that maximize online presence and conversions.

I am not expecting you to have the creative skills to create content. This will be completed by others. The role will be focused on the setup and management of paid advertising campaigns starting with the YouTube platform. We will move on to other platforms at a later stage.

To ensure success as a paid search specialist, you should be experienced in designing, buying, and managing paid marketing campaigns for businesses. A top-notch paid search specialist will be able to identify key demographic and geographic features of target audiences and align campaigns with budgets and other limitations.

These are some of the areas you will be working on across many websites. You will need to be able to switch gears easily and think about marketing to multiple different types of target customers. Any agency experience will show you are capable of this.

On a daily basis, you will:
- Work with the team to determine the goals and budget for campaigns
- Help define marketing campaigns that are designed to drive traffic and conversions
- Brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertising
- Creating and managing online marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and analyzing and reporting key analytics and campaign performance

To be successful you will:
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a paid ads marketer or in the paid ads space
- A detailed understanding of practical PPC marketing principles
- Experience with Data Analytics and web metrics skills
- Any agency-style experience will be highly beneficial
- Be ready to self-manage your own work
- Happy to work in an agile business in the early stages of start-up. Yes there will be pivoting as we work things out
- Preferably have previous exposure to a start-up and understand the challenges it can bring

This is a full-time role and will start at a salary of 50,000PHP per month (negotiable based on experience). Payments are split twice a month on the 15th and 28th of each month and are payable either directly to your bank. Be sure you are comfortable with these terms.
