Our Web Developer must be a self-motivated and organized team player and will be required to keep up to date on new Internet and e-commerce technologies, graphic design trends and software programs.

Attention to detail and a strong code sensibility are essential, along with a passion to follow-up on the most recent changes in web development and the open source environment.

Web Developer Skills and Qualifications:

JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, (Drupal, WordPress, PHP), Web Programming Skills, E-Commerce, Teamwork, Verbal Communication, cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP/INFUSIONSOFT), Multimedia Content Development, API's
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on web development experience.
Responsibilities

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our corporate site and sites associated.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
• Lead the research, scoping and coding of multi user sites, commercial websites, blogs, landing pages, interactive features and functionality
Requirements

• Proven working experience in web programming
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
• Good background in UX/UI strategy and front-end design.
• Strong understanding/experience with Multi-user website.
• Demonstrated experience of information flow, readability, and interface usability principles.
• Experience leveraging user research, key performance indicators, and site analytics to help make informed design recommendations.

What You Will Be Doing

You will lead our development team, providing guidance with great techniques and new technologies. You will code very cleanly and will also need to code from scratch.

- Take detailed requirements; determine the right front-end strategy and craft exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Web Design team to help develop web plans, user journeys and wire-frames that deliver the optimal user experience across all devices.
- Lead the research, scoping and coding of commercial websites, blogs, landing pages, interactive features and functionality
- Implement new processes and tools to help drive more flow into and out of the development team.
Bonus Points / Not Required
• Knowing ES6
• Use or understanding of MPM
• Familiarity with Vue.js, Infusionsoft, A-Weber
• Experience with PHP, Linux or MySQL
• Experience working with infusionsoft, Clickbank, Wishlist
