Senior Full Stack Developer (remote)

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our small team. Working directly with the CEO, you will help add the finishing touches to an app that is near completion and be responsible for future updates. The app is designed for real estate agents and is backed by some of the top agents in the country.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications.
- Writing testable, scalable and efficient code
- Participates in process standardization and/or improvement.
- Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines near release dates

Current Tech Stack (experience required):
- App: React Native/Ionic/Typescript
- Backend: ASP.NET core (.NET 7)
- Upgrade to see actual info 7/c++
- Db: Postgresql (Gist)

Qualifications:
- 7+ years in the software developer industry
- Lead developer experience
- Experience developing high load/high traffic user-facing software
- Well versed with the languages in our current tech stack (experience with swift is a plus)
- Expert / Native English speaker
- Great time management and prioritization skills
- Creative with exceptional problem solving skills
- Own equipment is required (newer macbook, private room/office, chair, etc.)

Compensation:
- PHP $100,000 - $200,000 (DOE)
- Quarterly performance bonus (5-10%)
