JOB OVERVIEW

Position Profile:  We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our prospective and current clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account Managers answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Accounting and Marketing departments) to improve the entire customer experience. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication, and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.

Position Duties:
Educating customers about our business solutions.
Cold-calling, generating new leads, and prospecting accounts.
Closing customer contracts and generating new Upgrade to see actual infoing DataBox automation tools to track progress and report goals.
Analyzing consumer needs and developing innovative solutions.
Managing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and facilitating collaboration in the workplace.

Requirements:
Have a minimum of 2 years of Account Manager experience with a Sales background.
With BPO experience 2 yrs in a Team Lead position
Comfortable talking to clients or business meetings.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Willing to work a graveyard shift.
A quiet working station
