Online Customer Service Engineer at Upgrade to see actual info

Who we are: Upgrade to see actual info is a start-up offering a cloud-based school management system catering to schools around the world.

Our goal is to replace the traditional clunky, inefficient and costly school management software with a breezy and highly affordable online product that everyone would actually love to use, whether it’s teachers taking attendance, administrators printing report cards or parents checking grades and paying tuition. This last year we’ve grown quite a bit. We want to improve further and strengthen our customer support team. Towards that end, we are hiring Customer Service Engineers to expertly field questions from potential and existing customers via online chat.

There are 3 shifts of 8 hours covering as we are a 24/7 support organization. Our work week is Monday-Saturday.

What we’re looking for:
College engineering students/graduates who have an AMAZING ability to figure out how to use our application.
You must have a natural curiosity to figure things out.
You must possess the ability to intelligently troubleshoot and ask clarifying questions.
Pleasant personality
Ability to sell online is a plus. This means you can build rapport with the visitors, ask about their requirements and discuss them in relation to what QuickSchools has to offer.

Terms:
Full-time, permanent position.
Starting salary PHP30,000. Revised annually subject to performance.
Location is remote.
Benefits include SSS, PhilHealth, Night shift, Overtime, 13-month pay, vacation days and company events.
