ROLE OVERVIEW: You will be calling US-based business owners/investors (real estate) whom we’ve identified to be interested in signing up for our VA services. We need someone responsible, intellectual, and hardworking. This can be a very profitable job. Someone who understands how a real estate business works and can get business owners/investors to book appointments for us to close. As an appointment setter, the more people you reach out to, and set an appointment with, the higher the salary is. You will be calling filtered leads, presenting our services, and following up with prospects daily.

Primzen Global believes in providing win-win solutions to assist business owners with getting their busy work off their plate, like tedious admin tasks, transaction coordination, managing leads, etc. We are problem solvers who offer reliable VA services, thus alleviating stress for the business owner.

Full-time 40 hours per week / Part-time 20 hours per week virtual position

Work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM across all US time Upgrade to see actual infomi-flexible time may also be available.

Key performance measurements and indicators will be clearly defined and discussed.

All contact with the business owners is conducted on the phone and by email. To be successful in this position, one of our non-negotiable requirements is that you must have a dedicated work area or office that provides a professional atmosphere with minimal background noise.

The Sales Associate:
- does not have to be US-based; this position can be performed remotely
- will report directly to the Business Development Manager
- will be part of our high-energy Sales Team
- is not responsible for supervising personnel

Key Performance Indicators:

Develop 5 leads per week
Minimum of 4 successful closings per month

You should have the following traits:

Previous inside sales, other sales telemarketing, marketing, or administrative assistance experience.
Strong rapport-building skills.
This is an educational sales role. We do not push, we educate.
Strong customer service skills and active listening abilities and a comfort level communicating via telephone while also being able to take detailed notes
The capability to tailor communication to a variety of audiences
Proven fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required
Candidates with previous real estate experience and knowledge would be a bonus
A quiet working space that will communicate to current property owners that your sole focus and attention is on them
You will need to learn our scripts and CRM.
