Long term Customer Service and Virtual Assistant

US based company is looking for a VA/Customer Service who will really "WOW" our customers and us.

Work can start as soon as you're ready to begin.

The ideal candidate must:

--> Be completely confident with being an exceptional VA
--> Be willing to work 40 hours a week. Our business is growing very rapidly.
--> Have a strong track record of VA experience + Customer Service. Reference check will be done.

Aside from the job itself, the ideal candidate must also:

--> Speak and write great English
--> Be eager and quick at learning new skills and tasks
--> Able to meet deadlines
--> Available during 8am to 5pm CST USA time (1 hour break)
--> Able to communicate via Skype Voice & Chat (not just chat)
--> Fast computer along with at least 3Mbps internet up/down


Have a very high level of responsibility and professionalism, especially when communicating with clients and completing the work quickly.

Be excellent at problem-solving and making their own successful decisions.

Have great communication, keeping me informed of progress once every day.

Be fast and responsive to task requests - or in other words - getting the job done as soon as possible, without sacrificing quality.
