QA App Testing for a U.S. Tech Start-up

Fluz is aiming to disrupt the global retail shopping experience through various consumer touch points. We are a FinTech company at the intersection of blockchain, social media, payments, and retail. We are a fast-moving company that has experienced rapid growth. Over the past year, our team has grown from 5 members to over 85. We are looking for a QA engineer that will become an integral part of the development team. They will be responsible to write all automated test cases and integrating them into the continuous integration process. They will conduct manual tests prior to each release testing all functionalities across an array of devices. This position will work alongside the product development team to ensure product reliability.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze app and system specifications
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Qualifications:
- Professional experience in a customer-facing technical role, Quality Assurance Tester, or similar role
- Is confident with troubleshooting complex systems. You should be able to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Jira, jira, xcode, table plus is a plus
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills

This is a full-time job. 5-day work week. We observe US holidays.

Work hours during training will be M-F 10 pm-7 am Philippine Time. The schedule may adjust depending on requirements.
