HR Associate

Job Title: HR Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized remote HR Associate to join our Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be primarily be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for our organization, with a particular focus on candidates with a sales background. Additional HR responsibilities also include, but not limited to, onboarding new employees, ongoing employee relations, policy development and implementation, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent
Utilize various methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of open positions
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent work experience in the field
2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition
Strong understanding of sales principles and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
