JOB OVERVIEW

The Position: Design Manager (Graphic Design and Project Management)
We’re seeking a part-time Marketing Design Manager to support our firm-wide marketing efforts and our agents’ sales efforts. This is a 20-hour per week with flextime up to 3-hour per week role, with a generous benefit package, and the opportunity to grow the role to full-time within the first year. Flexible hours, and a hybrid working environment are available for the ideal candidate. Envision’s Design Manager will be a key contributor to maintaining our brand integrity and extending the equity of our brand during our rapid growth.

The Focus:
The Design Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering all Envision Real Estate Marketing projects, as well as assisting the marketing team in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. This includes:
Develop, design, and produce digital and print marketing collateral
Manage design-related projects from initial input through final delivery
Maintain high standard of quality control
Perform timely and accurate workflow updates in project management software
Keep accurate time-tracking records at the project level in the designated system
Communicate any project issues or schedule adjustments timely and clearly within Marketing and/or Leadership teams.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget guidelines
Perform retouching on images

The Requirements:
Relevant professional marketing experience, with graphic design talent and skill - knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite
HTML and CSS knowledge preferred but not required
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
