Market Research/Analysis for New Location in Eastern Europe (with potential expansion)

We are looking for a freelancer to conduct market research and analysis to help us identify the best country and city for our new location for internal development projects. While we are primarily interested in Eastern Europe due to lower rates compared to Western Europe, we are open to considering other countries that may be more suitable based on other factors. The location must be reachable by plane within a few hours from Zurich.

The research should include a ranking of the top countries and cities, an explanation of the criteria used and why each country and city was rated as it was, and a list of the sources used for the research. The research should be presented in a format that we can present to our CEO and CFO, and while the design of the presentation is not particularly important, we do require a thorough and professional analysis.

This is a test project for us, and we have plans to give much more of our analysis work to the freelancer who successfully completes this Upgrade to see actual info terms of milestones and deliverables, we expect the following:

Initial proposal outlining the approach to be taken and the estimated time and cost for the project
Regular updates on the progress of the research, including any challenges encountered
A draft of the research for review and feedback before the final version is completed
The final version of the research, including the ranking of the top countries and cities, the explanation of the criteria used, the list of sources, and the presentation in a format suitable for presentation to our CEO and CFO
We are interested in receiving proposals from freelancers who have experience conducting market research and analysis and who are available to start this project as soon as possible.
