SEO & CRO Specialist

We're looking for an SEO & CRO Specialist to join our growing marketing team! In this role, you’ll improve SEO, content and conversion rate strategies. We’re looking for an analytical and curious person that is familiar with tools like Search Console and Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc. but also has a genuine interest in content marketing and is eager to learn the latest trends in the field of organic marketing to increase traffic, rankings and conversions.

Responsibilities

- Drive SEO growth by improving existing content, identifying content optimization opportunities, creating marketing material, performing outreach to grow our backlink profile and working on other specific projects.
- Track main KPIs and report on the impact of the actions taken.
- Help the rest of the marketing team sustain a double-digit month-over-month organic traffic growth.
- Take actions to improve conversion rate and ensure all landing pages meet the search intent of our users.
- Ensure that our agency's online content is easily found and viewed by potential and current customers.
- Be KPI driven like traffic, rankings & conversions for all our agency clients to make sure we provide a progressive campaign overview.

Requirements

- Previous experience working with a marketing team in a similar role for at least 1 - 2 years.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO and content strategies, including the latest algorithm updates.
- Excellent editing and writing English skills.
- Interested in a content-focused role, but ready to expand the level of responsibilities to other SEO and CRO topics.
- You’ll be working closely with the content team, and it’s crucial that you’re a team player who enjoys working in a creative and fast-paced environment.
