Product Manager

To be successful you must have:

Proven career experience as a Product Owner
SDLC & Agile
SaaS Product experience
Have a good sense & high standard for well developed front end applications and SaaS products
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proactive attitude and drive to succeed
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications / training in the relevant areas
Analytics experience in Machine Learning, AI, Next Generation Data will be highly regarded

Your role:
Joining a Product Team of 4 people, leading the Application Tribe of 5 people
Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
Prioritise and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned product, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product
Run scrums and actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including design/user experience, engineering
Deliver and work to Agile methodology and continuously review the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks

Work closely with the CEO to identify, select, and prioritise features in alignment to the Product vision and lead the execution of the Product roadmap Conduct and facilitate workshops for selected features and projects.
